How was your overall experience living here?
Answer: Living in this apartment has been a great experience for me as a student. While there were a few minor issues, the overall benefits outweighed them, leading me to give it a 4-star rating.
Is the place same as shown in photos?
Answer: Yes, the apartment looks very similar to the photos. The layout and design matched the pictures, and the overall condition of the apartment was as expected. The furniture and appliances were in good shape, and the space was clean and well-maintained.
What did you like and dislike about living there?
Likes: I absolutely loved the large windows that let in so much natural light – it made the apartment feel so bright and airy. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, with modern appliances and plenty of counter space. The building staff were always friendly and quick to address any issues, which made living here stress-free. The location was perfect for me, with a great coffee shop just around the corner and a beautiful park where I could go for morning runs. The community events organized by the building were also a nice touch and helped me meet some wonderful neighbors.
Dislikes: One thing I found a bit challenging was the limited storage space. While the apartment is beautifully designed, I had to get creative with storage solutions to fit all my belongings. Also, the elevator could be a bit slow during peak hours, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience.
Why are you moving out?
Answer: I’m moving out because I’ve decided to move in with my partner, and we found a place that suits both of our needs. It’s a bittersweet move because I’ve truly enjoyed my time here and will miss the wonderful community and the convenience of the location.

How was your overall experience living here?
Answer: Living here has been a mixed experience for me. While there are some great aspects, there are also a few things that didn’t quite meet my expectations.
Is the place same as shown in photos?
Answer: I cannot answer as I lived in a different apartment in the same building but it looks quite similar to mine
What did you like and dislike about living there?
Likes: I appreciated the convenience of the location. The apartment itself was cozy and had a functional layout. The rent was reasonable for the area, which was a big plus. The landlord was generally responsive and addressed most of my concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, which was important to me.
Dislikes: There were several issues that I encountered. The internet connection was sometimes slow, which was frustrating when I needed to work from home. The laundry facilities were shared with other tenants, and there were times when they were all occupied, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the heating system was a bit old and took some time to warm up the apartment, especially during the colder months.
Why are you moving out?
Answer: I’m moving out because I’ve found a larger apartment that better suits my needs. While I’ve enjoyed my time here, I need more space and a more reliable internet connection for my work.
