How was your overall experience living here?
Answer: Living in this house has been a mostly positive experience for me. While there were a few minor issues, the overall benefits outweighed them, leading me to give it a 4-star rating.
Is the place same as shown in photos?
Answer: The house looked quite similar to the photos, although there were a few minor differences. The decor was slightly different, and some of the furniture had been rearranged. However, the place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities promised in the listing.
What did you like and dislike about living there?
Likes: I really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was a great escape from the busy city life, and the spacious backyard was perfect for relaxing and having barbecues with friends. The house itself had a lot of character, with beautiful hardwood floors and a cozy fireplace. The landlord was generally responsive and addressed most of our concerns promptly. The nearby parks and walking trails were also a big plus, providing great spots for jogging and outdoor activities. As a remote worker, the tranquility of the area was ideal for my productivity.
Dislikes: There were a few issues that I encountered. The internet connection was sometimes slow, which was frustrating when I had video calls or needed to upload large files for work. The commute to the city was a bit long, which made it challenging to meet up with friends or attend events. Additionally, the shared laundry facilities could be inconvenient at times, especially when they were all occupied. The house also had some minor maintenance issues, like a leaky faucet and a drafty window, but the landlord was quick to address them.
Why are you moving out?
Answer: I’m moving out because Sarah accepted a job offer in another city, and I’ve also found an opportunity elsewhere. While I’ve enjoyed my time here, it’s time for a new chapter.

How was your overall experience living here?
Answer: Living in this house has been an absolutely wonderful experience for me. The peaceful environment and the charm of the house have made it a perfect home, leading me to give it a 5-star rating.
Is the place same as shown in photos?
Answer: Mostly, yes. The house looks very similar to the photos, but there were a few minor differences. The living room and bedrooms were slightly smaller than they appeared in the pictures, and the overall condition of the house was not as pristine as shown. There were some signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls and slightly worn carpets.
What did you like and dislike about living there?
Likes: There are so many things we (me and my friends) loved about living here! The house is located in a quiet and serene neighborhood, which provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The spacious backyard was a highlight. The landlord was incredibly responsive and always ready to assist with any concerns. Additionally, the nearby parks and walking trails were perfect for weekend strolls and outdoor activities. As a freelance graphic designer, the peaceful environment was ideal for my work, and my friends appreciated the tranquility for their studies and remote jobs.
Dislikes: Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be the longer commute to work and other amenities in the city. However, the tranquility and charm of the house more than made up for it. The occasional slow internet connection was a minor inconvenience, but it didn’t significantly impact our overall experience.
Why are you moving out?
Answer:We’re moving out because I’ve accepted a job offer in another city, and my friends have also found opportunities elsewhere. Otherwise, we would have happily continued living here. This house has truly felt like home, and we’ll miss the peaceful environment
